The Head and the Heart will be without vocalist Josiah Johnson for their upcoming US tour.

The band has revealed that Johnson is “battling addiction and focusing on his recovery.” As a result, he will not be with The Head and the Heart when they perform festival gigs at Shaky Knees, Mo Pop, and Ottawa Bluesfest, or for their headlining gig at Red Rocks this summer.

The band adds, “Josiah continues to be a strong presence within the band, working with us to choose someone to temporarily fill in for him at the shows.”

The Head and the Heart 2016 Tour Dates:
05/15 – Atlanta, GA @ Shaky Knees Music Festival
    07/07 – Ottawa, ON @ Ottawa Bluesfest
