Nice as Fuck, the all-new supergroup featuring Jenny LewisAu Revoir Simone’s Erika Forster and The Like’s Tennessee Thomas, made their TV debut on Colbert earlier this week. Now, they’ve shared a music video for “Door”, taken from their self-titled LP.

In the visual, NAF protest the closing of the Deep End Club, a New York City shop/community clubhouse founded by Thomas. Lewis & co. not only stage a mini rally/concert from the shop’s storefront window, but also take their campaign to the streets. Keep your eyes peeled for The Strokes’ own Albert Hammond Jr., who makes a cameo as the greedy landlord threatening to oust the club and NAF. (No sign of publicist Father John Misty, though.)

The band talked about the video, which is sadly based on a true story (via Noisey):

“Here’s the video for ‘Door’ filmed in the Deep End Club, where the songs were written, surrounded by members of our activated community. The Deep End Club closes its ‘Door’ this weekend after three years, but its message of Peace & Love will continue on in many forms.”
