Drake premiered his highly anticipated short film Please Forgive Me via Apple Music just after 1 a.m. EST on Monday morning. The Toronto rapper had previously announced that the film, directed by Anthony Mandler and featuring new music by producer Noah “40” Shebib along with several cuts from Drake’s recent full-length Views, would arrive on September 30th, but fans probably won’t be complaining about the surprise early release.

Equal parts Indecent Proposal and Die Hard, Please Forgive Me stars Drake as a suave gang member whose girlfriend (played by Fanny Neguesha) is approached at a party by a man who offers her one million dollars to sleep with his boss (Soni Chidebere). Looking to swing the exchange to their advantage, Drake and his co-conspirator (Popcaan) set up a plan to steal the money that ends up backfiring — or not.
