British-based fashion retailer Topshop has been accused of appropriating the name of Against Me! without the band’s permission.

Against Me! front woman Laura Jane Grace herself was the first to note the sale of a $700 leather jacket featuring Against Me!’s name on the right sleeve. Grace said the band did not give permission to Top Shop.

The leather jacket also contains the name of fellow punk band Vandals, along with very punk phrases like “Refuse,” “Rules Breed Rebels,” and “Slave.”

Reached for comment, a representative for Topshop told Consequence of Sound, “We are looking into this and in the meantime we have removed the product from TOPSHOP.COM and are currently in the process of withdrawing from stores.”
