    Vampire Weekend’s Chris Tomson is stepping out from behind the drums for his new solo project Dams of the West. And he’s got some high-profile help, too: The Black KeysPatrick Carney is producing his debut album, Youngish American. The first single off that album, “Death Wish”, comes to us today along with a lyric video directed by Tomson’s wife, Emily Tomson. The video prominently features a New Jersey Nets jersey, which we’ll interpret as a symbol of Tomson being stuck in the past. Take a listen above.
