Ab-Soul returned with his first solo track in two years, “Huey Knew”, at the end of September. Today, the Top Dawg Entertainment rapper has shared the visuals for the new song. While the track includes shout outs to ASAP Mob, President Obama, and even the Fresh Prince of Bel-Air, the clip features an entirely different set of references. While Ab-Soul sits in a wicker chair with a shotgun like an old man guarding his porch, images of police brutality, Donald Trump, and burning Colin Kaepernick jerseys flicker on the black-and-white screens behind him.
