Consequence Media seeks Marketing Intern for Winter 2016

    Consequence Media, a digital marketing and sales hub representing Consequence of Sound and other independent publications, is seeking a marketing intern for the Winter 2016 term. All candidates must be available to work at least 20 hours per week.

    Preferred candidates are well-versed in digital media and emerging trends; have proficiency in Powerpoint, Keynote, Photoshop, and/or Illustrator; and have some form of previous experience (whether a job or internship) in marketing and sales. Candidates with graphic design experience/interest will receive additional consideration. Experience using AdDataExpress, Salesforce, and/or SellerCrowd is ideal, but not a requirement.

    Tasks include, but are not limited to:

    — Assist in the creation of integrated sales ideas for digital, video, and offline events

    — Assist in creation of sales pitches, Powerpoint presentations, and other relevant documents

    — Creation of case studies for past campaigns

    — Data collation and research

    — Participation in weekly marketing meetings and conference calls

    — Ability to communicate in a professional and confidential manner
