Sia has shared a new single titled “Never Give Up”. Produced by longtime collaborator Greg Kurstin, the anthemic, Bollywood-inspired track serves as the theme for the upcoming film Lion, starring Dev Patel, Rooney Mara, and Nicole Kidman.
The song’s theme of persistence seems to mesh nicely with the film, in which an Australian couple adopts a young boy named Saroo (Patel) after he gets lost on a train in India. The plot picks up with Saroo 25 years later, as he returns to India and tries to locate his lost family.
