Stream Metallica’s Hardwired…To Self-Destruct via the album’s 12 music videos

    After eight years, Metallica return this week with their brand new album Hardwired…To Self-Destruct. To coincide with its release, they’ve made music videos for all 12 album tracks. They’ve unveiled each video, one at a time, every two hours, over the last 24 hours. All 12 videos are now online; thus, fans can effectively stream the album in full below.

    Of particular note is the video for “Murder One”, which is a tribute to Motörhead frontman Lemmy Kilmister. “Murder One” was the nickname for Lemmy’s amp, and several Motörhead song titles appear in Metallica’s lyrics.

    Hardwired…To Self-Destruct marks Metallica’s first release since their 2011 collaboration with Lou Reed, Lulu, and their first album of new, original material since 2008’s Death Magnetic.
