This past weekend saw millions of women around the world take to the streets in protest of the hateful and demeaning attitudes that have come to defy America’s new president. The scene was especially impressive in Washington, DC, where upwards of 500,000 people marched on the National Mall. A similarly large protest is scheduled for September, but those marching won’t be wearing pussy hats. Instead, face paint will be the fashion du jour, because Juggalos!

Yes, Insane Clown Posse’s cult of degenerate fans will descend on Washington on September 16th to protest the FBI’s decision to classify the Juggalos as a gang.

The Million Juggalo March was first announced last summer, and ICP is moving forward with its plans after losing a civil suit against the FBI.

The group notes, “Recently Psychopathic Records’ court case in our lawsuit against the F.B.I. and Department of Justice for listing Juggalos as a ‘loosely organized hybrid gang’ in their 2011 Gang Task Force report was once again dismissed, meaning we are back to square one from a legal standpoint. We have tried to use the American judicial system to achieve justice and we failed. So on Saturday, September 16, 2017, we are taking out fight to the streets. Literally.”

An official website has been launched with all sorts of details about the march, where Juggalos can stay, and what they can and cannot do.

“To be sure, this is NOT a party, Gathering of the Juggalos, or a frivolous social event,” the website explicitly notes. “This march is a serious, peaceful public demonstration, organized for one purpose — to deliver a message to the world showing how Juggalos have been unfairly stigmatized and discriminated against simply for identifying as being part of a particular music-based subculture. The golden rule of the march for participants is simply this: If you’re not serious about being there, just stay home.”

The march will begin promptly at Noon on the steps of the Lincoln Memorial, continue down Constitution Avenue, and end at the Washington Monument, where the Juggalos will hold a protest rally. Afterward, they’ll head to neighboring Jiffy Lube Live in Bristow, VA, where ICP will host a free concert. Confirmed performers include 2 Live Crew, Vanilla Ice (!), and a bunch of ICP associates.

President Trump’s stance on the Juggalos is unclear (there’s a sentence I never thought I’d write). Emails to Trump’s press office went unreturned (yes, we really emailed Sean Spicer about it!). The Justice Department also did not respond to our multiple requests for comment.

Asked if ICP had any specific message for the new President, representatives declined comment.
