Frasier Crane is back to serve you a fresh plate of toss salad and scrambled eggs. Today, Paramount+ has revealed the first look at its upcoming Frasier reboot, which premieres on October 12th.
The 10-episode season will see Kelsey Grammer’s Dr. Crane leaving Seattle and returning to Boston, where he takes a new job and seeks to reconnect with his son.
Alongside Grammer, the series co-stars Jack Cutmore-Scott as Freddy, Frasier’s grown son with ex-wife Lilith (Bebe Neuwirth); Anders Keith as Frasier’s nephew, David; Nicholas Lyndhurst as Alan, Frasier’s old college buddy; Toks Olagundoye as Olivia, Alan’s colleague at the university psychology department; and Jess Salguerio as Freddy’s roommate, Eve.
David Hyde Pierce and Jane Leeves won’t be returning as Frasier’s brother Niles and sister-in-law Daphne, respectively. However, Peri Gilpin and Bebe Neuwirth are both set to return as guest stars, reprising their respective roles as Frasier’s producer Roz and ex-wife Lilith.
The first two episodes of Frasier will air on October 12th, with subsequent episodes airing on Thursdays.
