Amanda Koellner

Amanda Koellner holds journalism degrees from The University of Missouri and Northwestern University's Medill School, the latter of which brought her to Chicago (where she currently resides) in 2011. She is now an associate editor at ALARM Press, an independent publisher of magazines and books on music and design, as well as a staff writer and contributing photographer at Consequence of Sound. Amanda can generally be found enjoying live music, eating tacos, frolicking about the Windy City's many patios (during its merciful and glorious warm months), or playing with her cat, Penny Lane.
