This year marks the 21st birthday of the incredible independent label Matador Records. You may know it as the home of such acts as Pavement, The New Pornographers, Sonic Youth, Yo La Tengo, Fucked Up, Belle and Sebastian, Girls, and Mogwai. Now, what better way to celebrate a 21st birthday than by heading to Las Vegas. You?re legal after all. Well, Matador Records apparently thought the same, as the label will be throwing a giant birthday/three-day music festival in Sin City later this year.
