The ninth annual RIOT FEST–the music festival which celebrates rock, indie, punk and underground artists from every era–has announced that the festival will head to Brooklyn, NY (September 8 at Williamsburg Park), Toronto, ON (September 9 at Fort York: Garrison Common) and Dallas, TX (September 22 at Gexa Energy Pavilion).
