One excuse you hear from those not attending a major music festival is that it’s “overrated”. Normally, this is the way one might justify not being able to get a ticket. But is there any truth to their complaints? Are most major music festivals overrated? Are others actually underrated? With the juggernaut Lollapalooza only a week away, Sami and Consequence of Sound staff writer Nick Freed debate such a festive conundrum, as the two digress on the festival scene as a whole and whether it’s worth the sweat or better to beat the heat.
