Welcome to Treehouse Sessions, a brand new video series on Consequence of Sound. We take our cameras inside Treehouse Studios in Chicago and offer exclusive live performances that are recorded directly to analog right at the studio.
For our debut episode, we invited Chicago indie-rock trio, My Gold Mask, to come play in the Treehouse. Watch as they perform their latest single, “Battles”, as well as their previous single, “Severed”. They also spoke to us about why they prefer to release singles as opposed to full-length albums.
My Gold Mask will be touring all throughout the month of June and will be performing at Riot Fest in Chicago later this September. Check out their itinerary down below.
Make sure to follow Rock it Out! Blog on Twitter and Facebook, and subscribe to its YouTube channel.
